At House of De La Rue, we want you to love your purchase.
f you change your mind, you can return unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 days with your order number and photos so we can sort it out under South African consumer law. Opened perfumes and skincare usually can’t be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the law requires otherwise. To request a return or refund, just contact us through the details on our website with your order number and a quick explanation. We’ll process approved refunds back to your original payment.
