TRI-LUMA Cream
Triple-action prescription treatment for moderate-to-severe facial melasma.
TRI-LUMA Cream combines three clinically established active ingredients — Hydroquinone 4%, Tretinoin 0.05% and Fluocinolone Acetonide 0.01% — in one prescription formulation designed for the short-term treatment of moderate-to-severe facial melasma.
Each ingredient works differently to target pigmentation while supporting the skin through treatment:
Key Ingredients
* Hydroquinone 4% helps reduce excess melanin production and gradually fade areas of unwanted pigmentation.
* Tretinoin 0.05% increases skin-cell turnover, helping remove pigmented surface cells and improve uneven tone and texture.
* Fluocinolone Acetonide 0.01% is a mild topical corticosteroid that helps reduce inflammation associated with the treatment.
Who Is It For?
TRI-LUMA is for persistent or moderate-to-severe facial melasma when combination therapy is appropriate.
How to Use
It is generally applied as a thin layer in the evening to the affected areas of the face. Because the formula contains hydroquinone, tretinoin and a corticosteroid, it is intended for short-term use rather than indefinite daily treatment.
Important to Know
Skin dryness, peeling, redness, irritation or increased sensitivity may occur. Tretinoin can also make the skin more sensitive to sunlight, making daily broad-spectrum sunscreen and diligent sun protection essential during treatment.
Important: Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use to confirm that it is appropriate for your skin and to determine the correct duration and frequency of treatment.
